The most recent addition to our herd, and potentially our best bred show jumping prospect, "Sal" is super-smart and incredibly talented. He is strong, but hard-headed and we think an outside trainer with more time to devote to him will be able to get more out of him. I think Sal might need to be challenged a bit more because I think this youngster will have the talent to go all the way with us as he gets a bit older!

First Observation Notes:
I feel like I'm sitting on my boy Di with this kid. Di is extremely hot and sensitive and extremely stubborn. I think you're right in that Sal needs lots of one on one attention with one consistent rider until he really figures out his job. My plan with him is going to be frequent rides and lots of technical questions. The more he has to think about, the less time he has to be stubborn.
